Silence in our Daily Life

Silence if practiced in our daily life cultivates a life changing process, thus thereby helps in elevating our confidence and boosting our soul towards the higher self.

It is difficult to achieve in the beginning yet when exercised daily even for few seconds, It cultivates a seed in our garden of beautiful self, to prosper towards better life.

When mind is restless and soul is searching for answers; it is the moment of silence. One needs to sit down and shut eyes in silence and subject mind to concentrate on its inner self. This process lets the soul to get into the composed state and thereby relieves the inner spaces of the mind, from the disturbing events and thoughts occurring consciously or subconsciously over a period of time. When this process ends, pure silence of soul takes over; the peace prevails within the body, mind and soul and remains in its tranquil state.

Silence slows down the thought process, calms down the nerves, energizes breathing process and increases concentration levels and boosts up confidence levels of the individual. This is all achieved when silence is done in the conscious state of mind therefore not letting sleep take over the process. Sitting in the meditating posture and with point –concentration, builds up the individual, to enjoy the endless pleasures of silence.
Within the depths of inner self, silence seeps in, a state of meditative calmness takes over, joy flows in and peace settles in. An ecstasy of mind and soul happens, love and kindness draws in and blissful end is experienced.
